CASTEL

Mr N. Litchfield and Mrs P. Bachelet – demolish existing shed/store at rear and erect 1.5 storey timber-clad building with patio doors, timber double doors and external wooden staircase to first floor to be used as store/workshop and garden room with games/hobbies room above at Les Boulains, Rue des Boulains.

Mr and Mrs B. Clouston – extend and alter dwelling on north west elevation, alter accesses and erect new garage/storage area, erect new gates and carry out landscaping work including resurfacing Moulin de Haut and roadside wall (protected building) at Moulin de Haut, Rue Paintain, Talbot Valley.

Mrs J. Bromley – erect boundary wall to north and rebuild section of boundary wall to west at Les Pies, Ruette Julienne.

Mrs B. Abbott – demolish existing conservatory and erect single-storey extension with roof terrace above, install first-floor balcony and balustrading and install patio doors in existing dormer windows (rear elevation). Install a window (side/east elevation) at Courtil des Ruettes, La Houguette Road.

Mr and Mrs Gallienne – demolish existing glasshouse and extend garage at rear to provide storage, a workshop and car port at The Dell, Ruette des Forfaitures.

Mrs S. Battle – erect a garage north of dwelling at new dwelling, Rue des Francais.

Mr M. J. Hamon – site mobile kiosk from 1 March 2013 to 31 October 2013 and at weekends and bank holidays and school holidays from 31 October 2013 to 28 February 2014 at car parking area at Cobo, Rue de la Saline.

Stan Brouard Group – demolish existing and erect a building for storage and distribution purposes at Clemrose, Rue des Fosses.

Mr and Mrs P. West – remove section of roadside hedge and wall, increase size of existing gateway to create vehicular access and create new hard-surfaced driveway (revised) at Le Foulon House, Foulon Road.

ST MARTIN'S

Mrs C. A. M. Stapley – demolish existing flat-roof extension on (rear) west elevation and erect new ground-floor flat roof extension at Candy, Longue Rue.

Hillstone Guernsey Ltd – variations to previously approved works to demolish existing dwelling and erect two dwellings with associated car parking areas (revised) – alter access arrangements by creating two vehicular entrances; erect roadside walls and pillars at Bowness, Calais Lane.

ST PETER PORT

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – relocation of sub-station from Bouet housing estate at La Garenne Industrial Estate, Pitronnerie Road.

Mrs S. Le Prevost – erect extension at rear with two rooflights and steps down to garden at Rendezvous, Arculon Lane, Le Bouet.

Mr and Mrs S. C. Edwards – demolish existing workshop, sheds and glasshouse and fell trees. Environment Department – install four cycle hoops at Castle Emplacement.

Mr R. Bishop – alter and convert existing underground garage and parking area to habitable accommodation, including: install door, construct retaining wall, remove car lifting equipment and raise level of floor (protected building) at Brookleigh, Queen's Road.

Mentone Ltd – demolish existing attached garage and erect a two-storey side extension at Mentone, Kings Road.

Mr and Mrs T. Spafford – extend and alter dwelling to the rear at Braemore, Route Isabelle.

Mr and Mrs J. Rushton – erect single-storey extension on west elevation of existing storage building to create triple garage, demolish existing access gate and part of outbuilding to create additional driveway/parking area at Huntspill, Les Hubits de Bas.

Mr R. Martel – remove boundary hedge between properties and erect acoustic fence at Brierly and Royston, Rue Sauvage and Les Salines Road.

Filigree Investments Ltd – extend and alter dwelling (east, west and south elevations); erect lean-to conservatory (south elevation); install first-floor balcony (west elevation); erect glazed link to existing garage; install dormer windows; rooflights; windows and doors, extend brick paving and construct steps at Le Hautgard, Rue des Prevosts.

Mr L. Armenta – change of use from a guest house to a dwelling (Residential use class 1) at Pineway, Rue de la Terre Norgiot.

Mr and Mrs W. Shaw – erect roadside granite wall and pillars and widen vehicular access (retrospective) at Les Cambrees Lodge, Rue des Cambrees.

VALE

Mr J. Bichard – maintenance and repair works including re-rendering of walls of tower, replacement lead to north roof, removal of polycarbonate screen from window opening adjacent to staircase to choir vestry and installation of new timber handrail and balustrade (protected building) at Vale Parish Church, L'Abbaye.

Mr P. G. Le Vallois and Miss J. Robinson – replace existing windows on north-east and north-west elevations with uPVC at 2, Maison de Bas Cottage, Rue Maison au Compte, Maison de Bas.

Mr and Mrs M. Joyce – block up section of existing vehicular entrance with earth bank and install pedestrian gate; create new vehicular entrance with paved parking area at Bowness, La Maison au Comte Road.

Mr and Mrs Trimbee-Laine – remove existing windows and door on front elevation and install new windows and door at Ikhaya, La Rue du Passeur Road.

Mr M. J. Hamon – site mobile kiosk from 1 March 2013 to 31 October 2013 and at weekends and bank holidays and school holidays from 31 October 2013 to 28 February 2014 at car park opposite Rue du Marais, L'Ancresse Common, Les Mielles Road.

Mr and Mrs S. Kendall – erect single-storey extension and replace existing window with double doors to rear. Raise ridge height to provide additional habitable accommodation including one dormer window and two rooflights to rear and three rooflights to front of property at Maranello, Les Lande Clos, Landes du Marche.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port,

between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
