Seahorse Ltd – erect apartment block of 12 units of residential accommodation with associated car parking area – revised scheme at Salerie Corner site, Salter Street.

Terson Investments Ltd – demolish sections of building (rear) and erect extension and replacement roof; internal alterations – protected building at 37, Le Pollet.

Sarnia Electrical Supplies Ltd – install four electric solar photovoltaic panels (front/east elevation) at Sarnia Electrical Supplies, Brock Road.

Eaton Place Investments – demolish existing property and utilise area as additional parking space at The Chalet, Austral House, Allez Street.

Honey Holdings Ltd – raise ridge height and install parapet walls to gable ends, gable window to front and rear and a dormer window to north and south elevations. Replace shop front and install signage. Demolish existing extension at rear and erect replacement extension with third-floor terrace at 12, Le Bordage.

North Star Developments Ltd – convert existing building, including dormer and ground-floor extension (rear) to four units of accommodation and erect three new dwellings and create car parking (protected building) at Granville House, Mount Durand.

Mr P. H. Fisher – construct new granite armour sea defence wall on north boundary of garden at Fort Le Crocq, Route de la Marette.

VALE

Mr P. A. Le Lievre – install two solar panels (protected building) at St Magloire, St Magloire Lane.

Mr A. McKane – demolish existing extension and erect new single-storey, flat-roof extension and new dormer window on north (rear) elevation at Casa de Risa, Les Buissonnets Cottages, 3, La Route du Braye.

Mr P. Mauger – demolish existing garage and flat-roof extension on side elevations and porch on rear elevation and extend dwelling on west (side) elevation and rear (south) elevation and demolish chimney at Cambria, La Route du Braye.

R. G. Falla Ltd – temporary change of use of a field for car parking for Maison Maritaine construction project – involving stripping of topsoil and laying with geo textile and hardcore (retrospective) at field east of Douzaine Room, Rue de L'Essart.

Mr and Mrs G. McCormack – erect shed at rear of property at Aberfeldy, Rue du Pont Vaillant.

Mr and Mrs M. Seabrook – sub-divide dwelling into two residential units, demolish section of hedging at front to create vehicular access and parking area with retaining walls at Lanbury, Les Prins Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port,

between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
