CASTEL

Dr D. Foulger – demolish existing flat-roofed dormer window and replace roof with slates to match existing at Candie House, Candie Road.

Mr G. Le Tissier – install two cat-slide dormers to rear and re-slate existing roof (retrospective) at Melville Cottage, The Dunes, Vazon Road.

Mr and Mrs H. Roberts – demolish chimneystack and unblock two existing window openings and install two windows on roadside gable end at The Old Farm, Rue des Varendes.

Mr A. Fraser-Dale – remove existing first-floor terrace and erect replacement at rear and side of property, block up front door and replace with window at La Jaonniere, Route des Talbots.

Mr J. Lee, church warden – carry out repairs to bell tower to include floor structure, parapet gutter linings, external joinery and internal downpipe (protected building) at St Andrew's Church, Rue des Morts.

Mr A. C. Pickford – re-position existing glasshouse to south-west/north-west boundary at Le Petit Fief au Bret, Les Aubrets.

Constables of St Peter Port – widen, repair and resurface service road, install parking bollard and reinstate stone gutter at Cambridge Park, L'Hyvreuse.

Creasey's Ltd – replace two external doors onto terrace with one door at 9, Smith Street.

R C H Group – change of use of office to hotel (hotel, bar and ancillary offices) (Visitor economy use class 12); extend above flat-roof section and to rear; internal alterations (protected building) at Old Crown Office, Ann's Place.

Mr S. Martin – erection of conservatory extension to chalet forming ancillary lodging house accommodation at La Retraite Hotel, Rue des Freres.

Mr and Mrs C. Le Cheminant – alter and extend existing rear extension, install two rooflights on front elevation, install two dormer windows and rooflight on rear elevation and erect new outbuilding at Les Rosiers, Rohais.

Primrose Trust Ltd – demolish existing and erect replacement garage with first-floor study, balcony and external staircase. Erect two vehicular entrance pillars at 36, Rue de la Douzaine, Fort George.

Mr and Mrs A. Heaume – erect two-storey extension on south-east elevation, install new garden wall and gate and remove hedge to creating parking area at Sargemais, 15, Clos des Isles, Les Banques.

Norman Piette Ltd – erect three signs at Norman Piette, Bulwer Avenue.

Fermain Bay Ltd – change of use of five self-catering cottages to permanent residential accommodation at Les Piques Cottages, Route des Picques.

Mr and Mrs R. Green – change of use of land to domestic curtilage (retrospective) and increase pedestrian access to create vehicular access at Jezero, Longue Rue.

TORTEVAL

Dr and Mrs K. Oswald – variations to plans previously approved to create garden room – omit high-level clerestory windows and upper roof and install two rooflights on south-east elevation at Les Messieres, Route de Pleinmont.

VALE

Mr D. Hubert – erect infill extension between dwelling and garage (protected building) at Belval, Belval Road.

Dee Construction Ltd – remove leylandii hedge and erect fence along side (west) and rear boundaries at Quatrieme, Les Mares Pellees.

Mr M. Andrews – change of use of one room in dwelling (option one or two) to provide hearing aid service to public and erect a sign at La Menage, Camp du Roi.

Mr N. Hoolahan and Miss J. Bougourd – remove garage door and install two new windows and two replacement windows (north-east elevation), remove door and install four-door sliding/folding door (south-west elevation) and install replacement flat roof at Perry Green, Les Grandes Mielles Lane.

Mr J. Abbotts – demolish existing conservatory and erect single-storey extension on west elevation at 3, Ocean Drive, Goldcrest Clos, Portinfer Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port,

between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
