CASTEL

Mr J. Meller – erect timber-framed tractor store and honey extraction facility at Les Fauxquets de Haut, Rue des Fauxquets.

Mr and Mrs M. Worthington – demolish part of dwelling at front/side and erect replacement extension with two rooflights and balcony at rear. Demolish existing store at rear and erect flat-roof extension. Install three rooflights in main dwelling at La Cachette, Rue de la Vielle Mare.

Mr J. Dyke – install Juliet balcony and doors on west elevation at Les Effards, Ruette de St Briocq.

Mr and Mrs R. Ashton – erect extensions at sides (north and south) and rear and install zinc roof; install vehicular entrance gates, erect a fence at front and along north boundary and create new pedestrian entrance with gate. Install terrace with steps and glazed balustrade at side, remove chimney at Mon Cachet, La Rue de la Cache.

Plaisance Holdings Ltd – change of use of banking hall (Use Class 21) to office (Use Class 22). Sub-division of first floor and second floors to provide two flats (Residential Use Class 2); install two catslide dormer windows in north elevation and three rooflights in south elevation; alter openings; install balustrading at rear and resurface existing external steps. Block up section of roadside wall and resurface courtyard area at HSBC Building, Rue des Brehauts.

Mr and Mrs J. Curran – demolish existing lean-to extension, erect two-storey extension to north-east elevation and timber store at Le Gree de Haut, Rue du Gree.

Dee Construction Ltd – erect extension to provide additional office space and board/meeting room at La Remise, Le Petit Marais.

Mr C. Lancaster and Miss L. Prigent – erect new sun lounge on west elevation at Claremont Cottage, Sohier Road.

Mr S. Holland – extend barn at rear and convert to form dwelling with associated car parking area. Erect post and rail fence with gate at side at Route des Landes.

H. M. Goubert and Son Ltd – erect two-storey extension to side (north-east elevation) of dwelling (unit 2), alter fenestration; block up existing window, replace existing door with window and infill, block up existing windows (rear elevation) and internal alterations (protected building) at Oakleigh Villa, Landes du Marche.

Mrs V. Wallbridge – demolish existing attached garage and erect a one-and-a-half storey extension (north-east elevation) and a single-storey extension (north-west elevation) including the provision of a dower unit and install two rooflights (south-west elevation) at Karvancis, Rue des Fleurs,

Barras Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port,

between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
