Mr and Mrs Montgomery – erect single-storey extension, install two rooflights, French doors and folding sliding doors at rear of dwelling and erect decking to form terrace at Mill Lane Cottage, Rue des Grantez.

Tyrrell Dowinton Associates – install two rooflights on south elevation at Rockleaze, Rue de Dos D'Ane.

Mr and Mrs M. Paige – demolish existing extension, extend and alter dwelling at ground-floor level and alter dormer window on south elevation and alter window on east elevation at Oakleigh Cottage, Rue du Preel.

Mr and Mrs B. Vaudin – demolish glasshouses and erect oak-framed garage at Sunningdale and Cimaros, Les Villets.

Mr and Mrs M. Higgins – demolish existing conservatory and erect new single-storey extension on south elevation and install new door on west elevation at The Brambles, Longtrac.

Mr J. B. Hart – fell five pine trees and remove and replace part of hedge at Icart House, Icart Road.

Mr and Mrs H. Lau – remove leylandii hedge and replace with wall and hedge along southern boundary at La Boule, 1, Le Clos Galliotte, Icart Road.

Mr and Mrs D. Le Tissier – install rear dormer window and side rooflight at Owen Moor, Le Vallon.

Guernsey Housing Association – proposed residential development to erect 12 two-bedroom units, two three-bedroom units and one three-bedroom disabled unit with associated car parking and erect fencing at Longfield, Maurepas Road.

Metro Play Ltd – install satellite dish at rear of building at Pollet House, Lower Pollet.

Mr L. Baines – erect two semi-detached dwellings at Hawthorn Bank, Rocquettes Road.

Coupee Lane Ltd – four storey residential development comprising of 17 flats with basement parking – revised scheme at new development, Coupee Lane, Cornet Street.

Mr J. D. Guilbert – remove existing double doors and install new single doors at first-floor level on north-east elevation at La Tour, 46, Domaine de Beauport, Hauteville.

Mr Lewis – install three solar panels on rear of dwelling at 26, Hauteville.

Mr B. Ogier – demolish existing buildings and erect two flats at Rillet, Nocq Road.

Mr M. Fallaize and Mrs L. Skelton – remove garage door, replace with window and convert to office for operation of rubber stamp business (Residential Use Class 4) at Bay Tree Cottage, Les Gigands Road.

Mr R. Pace – replace shed with log cabin at rear of dwelling at Manatee Lodge, Les Salines Road.

Mr M. Ballay – extend and sub-divide existing property to create two separate dwellings at Trumpton, Sandy Lane.

VALE

Mr P. Le Vallois and Miss J. Robinson – install 13kw air-source, heat pump to north-west of dwelling at 2, Maison de Bas Cottages, Maison de Bas Road.

Mr and Mrs T. Roberts and Mr and Mrs C. Sheppard – reduce height of section of roadside boundary wall at Dorsia, Les Mares Pellees Road.

Mr M. J. Best – remove conifer hedge to rear of property at Palm Lodge, Les Grandes Mielles Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port,

between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
