Mr and Mrs J. Tostevin – demolish existing dwelling and erect new dwelling – variations – increase ridge height of garage, remove glass balustrade from first floor and install two rooflights (south elevation). Mr Berryman and Mrs Bougourd – erect extension at side of dwelling, install sun tunnel and alterations to window on north elevation at Crevichon, Les Buttes.

Mr and Mrs B. David — variations to plans previously approved to extend and alter dwelling – alter windows, build chimney and section of gable wall on north-west elevation, install new glazed door and steps and bin store on

south-east elevation and alter rooflights in roof to lean-to at Les Fontaines, Rue des Portelettes.

VALE

Mrs E. Kimber – remove section of roadside boundary wall to increase width of vehicular access at Oakdale, La Rochelle Road.

Mr and Mrs C. Queripel – extend existing dormer on east elevation at Misty Isles, Le Dehus Lane, King's Road.

Mr C. Le Carpentier – change of use of building to car repair workshop with ancillary tyre sales (retrospective) at Restholme Workshop, Vale Avenue.

Mrs J. T. Penney – change of use of adjoining field from agricultural to domestic use at The Farmhouse, La Mazotte.

Mrs K. Inder – alterations to existing lean-to extension and install surface water drains at rear at Oakleigh Cottage, Landes du Marche.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by Site Notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the Site Notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the Site Notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list.

However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public Tribunal Hearing.
