Northerners Athletics Club – construct new earth banks on western and southern boundaries (retrospective) at Les Effards Vinery, Les Effards Road.

Mr S. Noyon – variations to works previously approved – demolish existing storage outbuilding and rear flat-roof extension, erect single/double-storey extension at rear of dwelling and remove section of bank to create parking area and alter driveway at Pres de la Mer, Rue du Catioroc.

VALE

Mr Helmot – remove existing pergola and erect a flat-roof extension on north west elevation of existing garage at Glenington, Le Petit Marais.

Mr M. Neville and Miss K. Nicolle – demolish existing flat-roofed extensions and erect replacement extension at rear of property at Les Etournes, Rue Robin.

Mr B. Holden – erect shed at rear (north) of dwelling at Trotters End, Flat 2, La Grande Maison de Bordeaux, Les Rocques Barrees Road.

Directors of Sarnia Properties – upgrade existing premises to consist of re-covering roofs, install new door, install two rooflights and new ground-floor window on west elevation and infill existing door openings on east elevation at Unit 5B, Sarnia Properties, Les Monmains.

Mr K. Wheeler – erect temporary shed for site storage and create temporary car parking area at Belle Vue, Ville es Pies.

Mrs J. M. Pritchard – demolish existing greenhouses/outbuildings at rear and erect double garage with storage above. Demolish existing extension at rear of dwelling and erect single-storey extension with three skylights and erect porch. Install a rooflight at rear and side (north-east elevation) (revised) at Ferndale, Houmet Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by Site Notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the Site Notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the Site Notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list.

However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public Tribunal Hearing.
