CASTEL

Mr R. Guille – utilise part of camp site to accommodate up to 14 motor homes at Fauxquets Valley Campsite, Candie Road.

Mr and Mrs Best – erect first-floor extension over existing single storey extension at side with rooflight and dormer window; install dormer window at front of dwelling at Pine Tops, Route des Talbots.

Mr T. A. Spencer – demolish existing garage and adjoining walls and erect an attached garage at Lynwood, King's Mills Road.

Les Pelley Ltd – construct new pool changing room and plant room at lower ground-floor level and carry out associated works at Les Pelleys, Rue des Vallees.

The Rue de Vivier Residents Association – increase height of existing boundary wall to 1.8m high (south-west boundary) at Sleepy Hollow, Rue des Viviers, Le Vauquiedor.

ST MARTIN'S

Mr and Mrs G. Guille – erect replacement garage at 10, Courtil Es Rougets, La Villette Road.

Mr M. Lock and Miss J. Hunt – demolish existing dwelling and erect a dwelling with attached two-storey pool room and store, and car port (revised scheme) at Manu A Pula, Longtrac.

Mr R. Carlton – install a dormer window and rooflight to the front (south) of the property at Waverton, Rue des Grons.

Mr P. Beausire – erect two-storey extension with dormer window and install rooflight (front elevation). Install dormer window (rear elevation) at Labadee, Rue des Grons.

Adrian North Admiral Pharmacies – install new shop front and alterations to signage at Manor Stores, Les Camps du Moulin.

Mr and Mrs A. Croft – erect a gate at Morning Star, Route de Plaisance.

Dee Construction Ltd – alterations to shop front at Platinum House, formerly Riders Motorcycles, St Clair Hill.

Mr and Mrs A. Austin – alterations to fenestration and apply external insulation on wing at Wexford, Braye du Valle.

Mr G. Carre – widen existing vehicular access, remove hedge and install fencing, erect boundary wall and install planter (front and side/south boundaries). Erect new shed and reposition oil tank and erect wall (south boundary). Install fence at rear at Ardel Villa and Ardel Lodge, Sandy Lane.

Border Developments Ltd – convert existing shop and flat into four dwellings at former Sandy Hook Stores, Sandy Hook, L'Islet.

Miss K. Marsh – shed on agricultural land (retrospective) at land at Les Tracheries Road.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr and Mrs B. Bell – extend and alter dwelling to east side, raise ridge height and install dormer windows, demolish existing store and retain existing garage, erect pitched roof to garage at Courtil Jardin, Bas Rouvets.

VALE

Mr E. Le Breton – erect single-storey extension (rear/east elevation) and install window (south elevation) at Tresor, Rue des Barras.

Cable & Wireless Gsy Ltd – erect two telecommunications cabinets at Nouvelle Maritaine, Maraitaine Road.

Mr K. Loughlin – extend domestic curtilage and change of use from agricultural use at Courtil de Quai, La Route du Braye.

Mr Randall – erect a triple garage and demolish existing and erect replacement shed at Maison de Houmet, Le Houmet.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
