Guernsey Housing Association – proposed residential development to erect 12 two-bedroom units, two three-bedroom units and one three-bedroom disabled unit with associated car parking and erect fencing (revised) at Longfield, Maurepas Road.

Mr and Mrs P. Hames – erect replacement conservatory with associated garden store, raised decking and patio and alter roof of the kitchen including new lantern light at Wistaria, St John's Road.

Tony Horscroft – demolish section of roadside wall and increase width of vehicular access, install gates and pillars, enlarge parking area and erect retaining walls at Hillside Retreat, Upper St Jacques.

Mr M. Elliott – extend dwelling on north elevation and alter window on west elevation at Shazaky, 16, Porte Vase.

The Channel Islands Co-op – install six extractor fans to roof of warehouse at Ferryspeed (CI) Ltd, Longue Hougue Lane.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr G. Newark – demolish existing dwelling and garage and erect dwelling and garage and extend and alter vehicular access and driveway at Clos a L'Avoine, Rue de la Maladerie.

VALE

Mr Q. Hubbard – install five rooflights to west elevation, alterations to rear lean-to extension including replace roof covering with slate and install rooflight, install window in west elevation and internal alterations (protected building) at Mentone, L'Abbaye.

Mr and Mrs G. Ayres – extend garage on north-east elevation at Jacaranda, La Grande Cloture.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
