Mr D. Hackley and Ms C. Barrett – replace conservatory with new, erect pergola and timber screen to west of dwelling at Les Talbots Cottage, Route des Talbots.

Mr and Mrs G. Home – erect single storey extension on east and west elevation. Erect terrace and external staircase to front with dormer window and balcony above at first floor level. Install glazed gable on east elevation, alter fenestration and remove existing chimneys and erect 2.2m high wall and timber gate on south elevation at Bracken House, La Banquette.

The National Trust of Guernsey – demolish outbuilding and WC to rear of property (protected building) at 39, Glategny Esplanade.

Lovell and Partners Ltd – remove doors and oil filler point and install double doors and side panels (west elevation) at Weighbridge House, Lower Pollet.

Monsoon Accessorize Ltd – erect new signage to shop front at 48, High Street.

Mr J. Le Prevost – render inside of garden wall, lay decking and patio and erect fence at Flat 2, Plaisance, Kings Road.

Christine Lowe – demolish conservatory and erect lean to extension at La Grande Jaoniere Guest House, Longue Rue.

R. H. Gaudion Ltd – remove boundary gate and construct new wall with pedestrian access, use part of garden to create new parking area at Longue Rue, Camp du Roi.

Mr and Mrs C. Schofield – erect timber fence behind conifer hedge at Alberclare, Houmet Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this publication may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been

determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
