The National Trust of Guernsey – re-roof dormers to front, demolish extension to rear, alterations to roof at rear and fenestration to rear and side, internal alterations (protected building) at 39, Glategny Esplanade.

G4 Ltd – remove wrought iron gates and railings fronting entrance and replace with rendered blockwork and hardwood gates at Clifton Heights, Les Canichers.

RDC Ltd – variations to works previously approved to erect rear and side extensions – increase projection of rear extension and width of side extension and reposition rooflight at Treyamon, Rue de la Pomare.

Mr and Mrs M. Cahill – extend dwelling at ground floor level on north (rear) elevation at Le Marecage, Rue des Marais.

Mr R. Gillingham – demolish lean-to extension and erect two storey extension to side (east) including balcony to rear (south). Remove section of roadside wall to create vehicular access, install pillars, demolish wall, reposition and erect 1.8m high blockwork wall to front of property at Treetops, Saltpans Road.

Mr and Mrs D. Canty-Forrest – demolish lean-to conservatory, erect a flat roof extension with balcony above (west elevation) and alter and install fenestration. Remove leylandii hedging and plant new hedging, erect fencing and install gate and erect shed at 11, Duveaux Park Estate, Duveaux Lane.

Mr M. De Gouveia – replace roof covering with pantiles at Ormond Cottage, Les Grandes Maisons Road.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Nut Tree Ltd – install 14 air conditioning units on flat roofs at The Farmhouse Hotel, Les Bas Courtils.

Y. Burford and G. Elson – demolish extension on south elevation and outbuildings on east of dwelling and extend dwelling to east at La Roda Farm, Rue de L'Eglise.

Mr and Mrs L. Trott – extend and alter dwelling, including new roof to provide first floor accommodation with dormer windows and balconies at Quelques Fleurs, Camp de l'Eglise.

Ms T. Fox – erect extension at rear of dwelling, install French doors, balcony, pergola, decking and timber cladding at La Taniere des Renards, Clos du Fillage.

Mrs J. Arendt – demolish existing and erect replacement garden store and install two sun tunnels to main house at Maison d'Aval, La Rue de la Vallee.

VALE

Mr and Mrs J. McCarthy – demolish existing and erect replacement garage and plant room and demolish wall and erect new wall to create additional parking area at Cote des Amarreurs, L'Ancresse.

Mr and Mrs D. Allison– repair driveway in front of property with natural granite and replace concrete area to front with cobbletech paving and remove flower bed (protected building) at The Old Cottage, Les Mielles Road.

Mr A. W. Robert and Miss T. M. Tostevin – install new ground floor window in sun lounge (north west elevation) at Sunnycroft, 2, Aucuba Clos, Landes du Marche.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this publication might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
