Mr M. Le Lievre and Miss A. Rozema – demolish existing shed and erect replacement shed on land adjacent to Old Plough Cottage, Rue du Douit.

Mr and Mrs B. Dix – alter existing boiler house to create store/shed for maintenance equipment and machinery at La Taniere, Rue du Preel.

Mr and Mrs G. Cook – erect replacement pitched roof and balcony at Sommelier Wines, 23, St George's Esplanade.

Mr C. Gaultier – erect awning above front window of premises (protected building) at The Swan Inn, St Julian's Avenue.

Friends of St James – alter and reposition existing sign to front of building at St James, College Street.

The Constables of St Peter Port – demolish part of annexe, erect 2.5-storey extension to side and single storey extension to rear of property and internal alterations (protected building) – revised application at St Peter Port Constables' Office, Lefebvre Street.

Mr C. Humber and Ms K. Attieh – replace three windows on front, one window with door with wrought iron railings on rear and two windows on side of property and internal works (protected building) at 2, Clifton.

JT (Guernsey) Ltd – erect flagpole antenna and satellite dish on west elevation of roof, install service cabinet and electrical cabinet at Rocquettes Hotel, De Beauvoir.

Mr and Mrs L. and J. Tardiff – remove steps and adjacent wall to front of dwelling, creating a larger parking area at Shanklin, Rocquettes Lane.

Mr and Mrs M. Dean – block up window at first floor level to front of dwelling at Belle Vue, Bulwer Avenue.

Unite The Union – install new entrance door and windows, install new ramp and balustrading on east elevation, replace existing doors with windows and install timber gate and fence on north elevation and block part of window and install boiler flue on west elevation at Transport House, Commercial Road.

Mr I. Whitchurch – replace garage door with a window at Valencia, Albion Grove, Vale Road.

Mr K. Allen – install rooflight to rear of property at 2, New St Clair, Route Militaire.

Mr A. Winstanley – demolish existing lean-to roof to rear of dwelling and erect pitched roof extension at first floor level and alter fenestration on east elevation at Springfield, Rue des Pointues Rocques.

Mr and Mrs D. Gilman – erect extensions at rear of dwelling and alterations to fenestration at Eternitai, Rue Mahaut, Richmond.

VALE

Mr and Mrs O. McKenzie – erect single storey extension to rear of property at Sur La Fin, Le Courtil de Fontaine, Tertre Lane.

Mrs S. Taylor – erect extension to rear (east) of property and install new window on north elevation at Le Passeur Villa, La Rue du Passeur.

Mr W. Gardiner – fell tree along south boundary at Croft Cottage, Doyle Hill, L'Ancresse.

Mr and Mrs N. D. Smith – install replacement garage door at Les Tamaris, Portinfer Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
