Mr and Mrs Maides – extend dwelling to rear and side (north and east) including glazed gable to rear, install one dormer window on front (south elevation) and remove chimney. Increase width of existing vehicular access, remove existing wall to create parking area, install steps to front of property and install oil tank at Northcote, Helston Estate.

Constables of St Martin's – install 37 metal posts along road edge (retrospective) at Saints Harbour Road.

Mr and Mrs G. Jones – install new captains dormer window and rooflight on east (rear elevation) and two rooflights to west (front elevation) at Westwood, Guelles Road.

Comprop (CI) Ltd – erection of residential, office, retail, hotel and leisure facilities at various sites off Elizabeth Avenue (revised illustrative designs, traffic impact assessment and planning statement) at Admiral Park, Les Banques.

Mr Q. Hubbard – sub-divide existing dwelling into two residential units, including alterations to rear, at Dolphin Cottage, 41, Les Canichers.

Mrs S. Hubert – demolish existing

shed and erect extension to side (north

elevation) and install two dormer windows to rear (east) at Sandown, Rue de Cocagne.

Mr M. Hesse – variations to plans previously approved – to retain conservatory and alterations to car parking layout at Swallow Apartments, La Cloture, L'Ancresse.

Sir Geoffrey and Lady Diana Rowland – variations to plans previously approved – install sliding doors and Juliet balcony on west elevation at Armorica, The Doyle.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by Site Notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the Site Notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the Site Notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public Tribunal Hearing.
