States Treasury and Resources Department – remove existing roof covering and re-cover area of roof on east elevation at St James, St James Street.

Mr and Mrs S. Kairsingh – erect wall between garage and south boundary at Windward, Water Lanes.

Mr N. Ciotti – install illumination to signage (protected building) at Mora Restaurant and Grill, The Quay.

Sarnia Developments Ltd – variations to works previously approved to erect 16 dwellings – install uPVC windows and doors, replace granite on ramp walls with rendered blockwork and remove part of pedestrian ramp wall at Sarnia Car Hire site, Stanley Road.

Tcherant Chinq Ltd – raise ridge height of north-east gable and install glazed gable and balcony, install rooflight and alter fenestration on ground floor level (north-east) elevation. Install glazed gable to entrance and install window at second floor level (south-west) elevation at Tcher Antchinq, 45, York Way, Fort George.

Guernsey Police – display seven alcohol-free zone signs at Victoria Pier.

ST PETER'S

Mr and Mrs J. Collenette – demolish shed and relocate vehicular access with gate. Erect oak framed garage to the east of the dwelling house. Install glazed balustrading to existing flat roof (west elevation) at Carlington, Rue Rocheuse, L'Eree.

Mr T. Pearson – remove packing shed and erect shed at rear at St Louis, Rue du Catillon.

ST SAMPSON'S

Norman Piette – replace existing roof covering with insulated cladding system at Norman Piette, Bulwer Avenue.

Fuel Supplies (CI) Ltd – erect signage on two existing water storage tanks at FSCI Compound, Bulwer Avenue.

Mr and Mrs Dowinton – erect single- storey extension at rear at L'Etelle du Nord, Braye du Valle.

VALE

Mr and Mrs C. Sharman – demolish existing extension and extend dwelling (east and south elevations) to connect with the existing garage at Mancot, Sept Etoille, La Moye.

A. E. and R. Phillips – reslate and repair lean-to kitchen roof (protected building) at Ammorel, Rue du Havre.

Ms K. Hutchins and Mr A. Court – raise roof height of wing, install dormer window (south-west elevation) and window at first floor level (south-east gable). Install replacement windows at L'Abri du Rocher, Rocque Balan Lane.

Mr and Mrs D. Laine – extend first floor to match ground floor level at side (north elevation) at La Hougue Cottage, Ruette des Dorey.

Mrs J. Green – erect replacement shed at Samara, Clos des Mielles, Les Prins.

Mr and Mrs M. J. Hamon – demolish existing extension and conservatory and extend dwelling to form a dower unit (side/south-west elevation) at Mistell Cottage, Goldcrest Clos, Portinfer Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by Site Notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the Site Notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the Site Notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public Tribunal Hearing.
