Ms D. Guillou – erect replacement fence (retrospective) at Les Blanches Rocques, La Route du Tertre.

Mr and Mrs B. Moroney – extend flat roof dormer window to rear (south) and block up gable window to east at The Willow, Rue de Galaad.

Mr R. Radford – demolish existing extensions, outbuildings, garage and shed. Extend and alter dwelling including: two storey extension at front/side with rear facing balcony; single-storey extension to rear; install dormer windows, solar panels and rooflights, erect a shed and alter vehicular access at Homelea, Rue de la Ronde Cheminee.

Mont Morin Ltd – demolish lodging house and erect eight apartments with associated stacked car parking at Mont Morin, Mont Morin.

VALE

Mrs J. Le Page – variations to plans previously approved to erect extensions and sub divide property into two dwellings – increase width of single-storey extension, raise eaves height on two storey extension, replace dormer windows with rooflights, install two windows in basement, install lightwells in basement and ground floor levels, demolish chimneys and replace with dummy chimneys at Mon Desir, Les Monmains.

Mrs K. Solway – replace windows and doors of outbuilding with timber effect upvc, install two rooflights in south-east elevation, reconstruct gable in blockwork and alter wall finishes at Figtree Farm, Landes du Marche.

Mr and Mrs Boyde – convert barn to dwelling house at Roskilly, Rue du Pont Vaillant.

Mr and Mrs J. Bourgaize – demolish existing garage at front and erect replacement single-storey extension, shed and fence with pedestrian gate. Install one rooflight in west elevation of main dwelling and create car parking area at Homelea, Les Prins.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
