Swallow Services Ltd – change of use and rebuilding of six holiday bungalows to residential dwellings (revised) at Le Gele Chalet Bungalows, Rue du Gele.

Mr and Mrs C. D. and M. A. Le Poidevin – erect conservatory at rear of dwelling at Colymacon, Rue du Frie Plaidy.

Mr and Mrs M. Gallienne – variations to works previously approved to extend and alter dwelling and erect detached garage – install additional rooflight to south elevation and alter window to east gable of dwelling at Ensemble Nous, Les Queritez.

Carteret Developments Ltd – variations to previously approved plans to demolish existing hotel and erect block of 12 three-storey apartments with basement parking and associated parking area (revised) – reconfigure second floor to three apartments and to duplex at ground and first floor, install balcony (north elevation), extend terrace to Unit 5 (north east elevation), alter doors at ground floor level at Hotel Les Carterets, Rue de la Saline, Cobo.

The Rector and Churchwardens of St Phillipe de Torteval – erect kitchen and storeroom extensions, erect external stair and carry out alterations at Torteval Church Hall, Rue du Belle.

Mrs D. Colling – replace existing wooden windows with uPVC to front and side of property at Vue de L'Eglise, Rue du Belle.

Mr T. Queripel – install dormer window and inset balcony (south-east elevation) at Mon Desir, Rue du Rocher.

VALE

Walter Property Ltd – change of use of part of ground floor from commercial to retail use class 14 and ancillary storage at Newlands Building, Lowlands Industrial Estate, Braye Road.

Mr A. Walford – erect a shed (rear) (protected building) at Horsham, Braye Road.

Ms S. Kershaw – remove existing fence and erect a wall at Sherbrooke Cottage, Route des Landes.

Mr S. Ozanne – erect wooden playhouse at side of dwelling at Jireh, Corvee Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
