ST SAMPSON’S

Mrs H. Carpentier and Mr R. and J. Wilkes-Green – remove section of roadside boundary wall and erect new gate pillars to create vehicular access at Fancray, Les Bas Courtils Road.

Mr M. De Gouveia – replace slate roof with pantiles and install rooflight at Ormond Cottage, Grandes Maisons Road.

Mr S. B. Le Page – remove chimney on south elevation of dwelling at Turning Leaf, Route Militaire.

Mr and Mrs M. Rogers – variation to plans previously approved to extend dwelling at first floor level, raise roof height and install dormer windows (front and rear elevations), rooflights (front and side/west elevations) and glazed gable end, and external insulated render. Demolish existing extension and sun lounge and erect replacement flat roof single storey extension on north elevation and install window on west elevation at Maple Cottage, Braye Road.

Stevenage Clos Committee – erect wall along section of north-east boundary to close off parking area at Sol Portus, Stevenage Clos, Les Petites Capelles Road.

Graham Ogier Ltd – change of use from office use class 21 to retail use class 14 at Richmond Court, Rue de la Maladerie.

Mr R. W. Salisbury – erect fencing (part retrospective) (revised) at La Chapelle Cottage, Rue des Blanches Terres.

Mr A. Relph – erect wooden garden barbecue shelter at Petit Ruisseau, Rue des Landes.

Mr and Mrs A. Sullivan – erect extensions on south and east elevations, install flat roof dormer window and flue on north elevation, reposition entrance and erect boundary wall at Bon Port, Rocher Lane.

Mr and Mrs W. Smith – erect dormer window on east side (remove condition four of permission granted under FULL/2013/3743 to erect replacement dwelling) at Fricourt, La Grande Maison Road.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
