Infinity Amballes Ltd – erect 14 flats and three dwellings with associated parking (revised) at Upham's Yard, Les Amballes.

The committee – remove bay windows and install new openings with balconies at third floor level on east elevation, replace existing windows at second and third floor level, form two dummy windows, create render bands and re-position existing club crest at United Club, North Pier Steps.

Mrs P. Gavey – erect replacement fencing to rear of property (retrospective) at Serenella, Green Lanes.

Mr T. Veron – install dormer window on east elevation and three rooflights on west elevation at Les Clercs Du Campere, Rue du Campere.

Mr and Mrs C. Foulds – erect shed/store to north-west elevation of property at Clos du Gain, Rue du Gains.

J. & D. Norman – demolish existing buildings. Change of use of part of the site to retail use class and erect three retail units and car parking at Quayside site, North Side.

Mrs J. Dewar – install ventilation system on side of premises at North Pier weighbridge, North Side.

Mr J. Wallen – demolish conservatory and erect sun lounge at Les Douelles, Clos de Beauvoir, Grande Rue.

Mr and Mrs B. G. D. Pirouet – extend domestic curtilage and sub-divide dwelling to provide two residential units (protected building) at Le Vieux Houmet Cottage, Houmet Lane.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the authority and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
