Mr and Mrs M. Stenner – demolish outbuilding and erect a lean-to conservatory (east elevation) (protected building) at Huriaux Place, Rue des Huriaux.

States Education – erect replacement fencing and posts (around Mirus Battery) at La Houguette School, Route des Paysans.

TORTEVAL

Mr T. Bousfield – widen gate opening, erect pillars and install new timber gate to field at Le Portelet, Rue du Portelet.

VALE

Mr and Mrs J. Barry – demolish existing conservatory and rear porch, raise ridge height and install rooflights and first floor window on east and west elevation. Extend garage to front elevation and increase height of existing garage, infill entrance porch and install new front door (east). Install two windows on north elevation, alter fenestration and remove chimneys at Alton, Rue de Francais.

Vale Primary School – install new cycle shelter and gravel access path at Vale Primary School, Rue de l'Ecole.

Mr and Mrs G. R. Collins – re-clad dormers with PVCu on front and rear of dwelling at Les Chouettes, Landes du Marche.

Mr and Mrs C. Solway – variations to plans previously approved to demolish chimney, replace corrugated roof with new roof and install two rooflights on rear lean-to extension – increase size of rooflights (protected building) at Figtree Farm, Landes du Marche.

Mr C. Bichard – variation to plans previously approved to extend and alter existing rear extension and install rooflights on east and west elevations – alteration to roof form of previously approved extension at Muritai, Les Dicqs.

Mr P. Bonnell – erect 1.5 storey extension including glazed gable, first floor balcony, rooflights and dormer windows to rear (north).

Install dormer window to front (south), erect porch, alter fenestration and rebuild chimney. Demolish existing and erect replacement detached garage/workshop with first floor office to side of property and install timber gates at Le Petit Recoin, Les Dicqs.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
