Mr R. Kilpatrick – variation to plans previously approved to demolish existing conservatory and erect lean-to extension and covered area (south and east elevations), remove garage door and install patio doors (south elevation) – enclose approved covered area and alter fenestration at Les Chataigniers, Rue des Eturs.

Mr J. Rihoy – remove hedging (retrospective) at Les Beaucamps, La Rue de Beaucamps.

Mr S. Hobart – erect wooden bike shelter at Bridport, Rue des Marettes.

Mrs R. M. Z. Smith – demolish two storey front porch and erect 1.5 storey pitched roof glazed porch, remove dormer window and install rooflight to front (north) and demolish existing garage and replace with attached 1.5 storey double garage. Erect replacement two storey flat roof extension, install two dormer windows, alter fenestration and install paved terrace with glass balustrade to rear (south). Install air source heat pump (east) elevation. Install replacement roof and solar panels at Les Tuiles, Val au Bourg.

ST PETER PORT

Qube Ltd – variations to plans previously approved for change of use from Retail Use Class 14 to mixed use including retail and consumption of food and drink on the premises and internal alterations to ground and first floors (protected building) – revised internal layout and install replacement door in rear elevation at Maison du Quay.

M & F Hotels Ltd – installation of five downlighter lights above hotel entrance and signage (retrospective) at Duke of Normandie Hotel, Berthelot Street.

HBC Ltd – erect signage (protected building) at 50, High Street.

Mr and Mrs D. Margetts – replace existing captain's dormer (north elevation) and replace all existing timber windows with upvc at Flat 2, Valdevia, Mount Durand.

Mr and Mrs Morrey – erect pool house, tractor shed, garden store, install oil tank and associated landscaping at The Manor House, Ville au Roi.

White Ibis Property Ltd – erect a three bay oak framed garage/shed (south-east boundary), form access track, and remove existing shed at Les Vieilles Terres, Havelet.

Mr and Mrs R. Lord – extend roof and install three cabrio rooflights, install replacement rooflights, install solar panels and apply external insulated render system at Sealord House, Montville Road, Les Vardes.

Tcherant Chinq Ltd – raise ridge height and install glazed gable, erect balcony (north-east elevation). Install glazed gable to entrance, install rooflights and alterations to fenestration at Tcherant Chinq, 45, York Way, Fort George.

Guernsey Harbours – install illuminated external defibrillator and associated signage at Inter Island Quay, Guernsey Harbour, St Julian's Emplacement.

ST PETER’S

Mr and Mrs S. and M. Ozanne – erect single-storey extension (north elevation) and the formation of a roof terrace over the existing flat roof extension (east elevation) served by external staircase at La Rocque, Route de Rocquaine.

ST SAMPSON’S

Mr and Mrs S. Robert – variation to plans previously approved to extend and remodel existing garage – install dormer windows and replace door with a window on east elevation and install Juliette balcony on north elevation at Kel-Rik, La Route du Braye.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Guernsey Housing Association – erect 18 dwellings with associated access road, car parking and landscaping at La Flaguee Vinery, Route des Clos Landais.

VALE

Mr and Mrs T. Morris – install two solar panels on front roofslope at St Emilion, Rochelle Road.

Mr S. J. Mauger– erect flat roof extension on rear (east) elevation at La Lisiere, Rue du Bordeaux.

Mr J. Best – additional use of site for the storage, supply and distribution of diesel, gas, oil and kerosene and installation of equipment at North Side Oil yard, North Side.

Mrs S. Browning – erect single storey flat roof extension, install first floor window and rooflight to rear (west) elevation and install wall and railings to front (east) boundary at Notre Vie, Vale Avenue.

Mr A. Ozanne – remove garage door, part block up and install window at Terciera, Lowlands Road.

Mr P. Bonnel – erect a shed at Brinland, La Garenne, L'Ancresse.

Mr and Mrs C. Bentley – install timber cladding and rooflight to porch and install external insulation to dwelling at Oasis, Rue des Landes.

L'Ancresse Golf Club – erect log cabin golf trolley store at L'Ancresse Golf Club, La Jaonneuse Road, Pembroke.

Dr A. S. Bajwa and Dr S. Mahmud – widen vehicular access and remove section of hedge at Roxana, Longue Rue.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the authority and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
