Mr and Mrs R. Pleasant – variation to works previously approved to erect single storey extension (south-east elevation) and extend dwelling at first floor level (north-east elevation) – erect a conservatory (south-east elevation) at Hartford House, Rue des Foire.
Mr and Mrs M. Wright – erect 1.5 storey extension to side of dwelling and relocate oil tank to north-east corner of site at Les Petits Forts, Rue de la Hougue.
Nut Tree Ltd – replace existing first and second floor glazed balustrades and privacy screens (front elevation), remove section of roadside wall to create 1,200m wide pedestrian/wheelchair access, install replacement windows/bi-fold doors at Cobo Bay Hotel, Cobo Coast Road.

Mrs S. Lees – erect two storey extension at side (east elevation) with terrace (south elevation), install iron railings. Raise ridge height of garage to create first floor unit of accommodation, install rooflights and replace doors with window (west elevation) (protected building) at The Elms, L'Hyvreuse.
Mr W. Cairns – remove existing hedge and replace with new hedge on front and rear boundaries at Key West, Doyle Road.

Fort George Estate Company – install bollards at entry/exit of Fort George archway, alter access to Rue de la Douzaine including: increase splay and re-align kerbs, and install pole mounted traffic mirror at Fort George Archway, Rue de Belvedere, Fort George and Rue de la Douzaine junction with Fermain Road, Rue de Belvedere and Rue de la Douzaine.
Mr and Mrs J. Pearce – variations to plans previously approved to erect an extension on front (east) elevation, create dormer window on west elevation, change window to patio door and install rooflight – extend porch area, omit rear dormer window and install rooflights at Leycroft, Rue de la Douzaine, Fort George.
M&D – erect signage and menu board (retrospective) at Half Moon Cafe, La Vallette.
Guernsey Harbour Office – install three additional stand alone benches at Petanque Area, Glategny Esplanade.
Mr J. A. Lewis – remove existing and erect replacement shed to south of dwelling at Les Heches, La Rue de la Gallie.
Mrs H. Lucas – erect a flat roof single storey extension to rear of dwelling at Par Bonheur, L'Enclos des Monts, Mont Morin.
Capability Ltd – demolish existing hotel and erect four new dwellings with associated access and parking (revised scheme) at Pinetops Hotel, Rue des Pointues Rocques.
Mr and Mrs A. Sangan – demolish existing extension and erect a 1.5 storey lean-to extension with four rooflights and a single storey lean-to extension to rear of dwelling at Le Havre Tranquille, Le Neuf Chemin.

Corfield – demolish extension and conservatory and erect single storey extension with glazed gable, terrace/balcony and external staircase (side and rear elevations), erect porch (front elevation), replace catslide dormer windows with pitched roof dormer windows and install rooflights (front and rear elevations), replace fenestration, install external insulation and extend and alter existing garage to form study and garden room (revised scheme) at Laurel House, Route des Laurens.
Mr P. B. Brown – erect conservatory at rear of dwelling at Les Fuchsias, La Rue du Tertre.
Mr N. Hannah and Mrs J. Porritt – demolish shed, create a parking area to both east and west of dwelling, erect 2m high close boarded fence to north and east boundaries and 0.9m high picket fence and slatted timber gates to west boundary and around western parking area (protected building) at Le Tertre, Tertre Lane.
Mr and Mrs N. Mariess – demolish conservatory and erect replacement single storey flat roof extension at Kerousse, Les Picqs.
However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.
Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.
Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the authority and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.
Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
