Applications to the Development and Planning Authority, as published in the Guernsey Press.


Mr and Mrs J. Partridge – demolish existing and erect new garden room and install raised decking to north elevation at Mouliere, La Banquette.

Mr and Mrs A. Blackwell – replace existing garage door with two double doors (west elevation dower unit) at Westridge, La Route de Cobo.

Mr and Mrs D. and J. Steer – variation to plans previously approved to demolish conservatory, erect flat roof extension and carry out alterations – alter fenestration on south elevation at La Cachette, Clos des Emrais, Rue des Houmets.

Mr G. Hill – demolish section of existing garage to provide additional parking area at Les Grandes Rocques, Grandes Rocques.

Carterets Developments Ltd – erect canopy above entrance to garages on east elevation at Les Residences, Rue de la Saline.


Mr J. R. Lihou and Miss S. J. Sarre – demolish chimney at Meadow View, Route de la Croix au Bailiff.



Mr and Mrs C. Torode – demolish existing extensions and erect a two-storey extension to rear and sub-divide dwelling to create two dwellings. Demolish greenhouse and erect a pitched roof garage block to rear and widen existing vehicular access (revised description) at Montleah, La Grande Rue.

Mrs W. F. Le Feuvre – remove roadside earthbank and erect granite wall to front of property at Carlton, Les Cornus.

Mr J. Winch – raise ridge height and install dormer windows and rooflights. Erect 1.5 storey pitched roof extension and single storey flat roof extension to rear (south-east). Erect garage with first floor balcony, install glass balustrade and double doors to south west elevation and alter fenestration. Widen existing vehicular access, erect new granite walls and pillars and install timber entrance gates to front of property at Falmar, La Rue Cauchez.

HLGSY Ltd – demolish existing conservatory, erect single storey flat roof extension, alter fenestration to existing dormer window to create first floor balcony and install rooflight to rear (south). Install rooflights to front and install external insulation render system to dwelling at Eventee, Baugy Estate, Route de Jerbourg.

Martin Grant Homes Ltd – variation to plans previously approved to erect six dwellings – extend dwelling six to provide roof terrace and balustrade, change position of pedestrian walkway, install concrete ramp/path between dwellings five and six and revise parking and boundary treatments at Mapleton Private Hotel, Jerbourg Road.

Ms H. Tabel – apply external wall insulation and install replacement windows and doors at St Crispins, Calais Lane.


JT – install street cabinet at land at Cornet Street.

Miss S. Streeter – install rooflight on west roofslope of dwelling at Old England, First Tower Lane.

Ms E. O'Neill – install replacement front and back doors at Saumur, Paris Street.

Mrs C. B. Dransfield – demolish existing conservatory and erect new conservatory on north-east (rear) elevation of dwelling at La Belle Epoque, Les Baissieres.

Mr R. Herpe – installation of five signs to the front of the building (protected building) at Le Marchant House, 9, Market Street.

Lavinia Holdings Ltd – alterations to fort magazine, install two slot windows, block up two entrances, re-render wall, remove top section of steps, form new steps to magazine and lay paving at Sea Lodge, Rue Adolphus, Fort George.


Mr A. Machon – extend domestic curtilage, erect 1.5 storey extension to side (south-west) of dwelling and install first floor balcony and glazed gable on north-west elevation at Brislington, Rue des Landes.


Stan Brouard Ltd – fell protected tree T3 to rear of property at Mont Morin, Mont Morin.

Stan Brouard Ltd – variation to plans previously approved to demolish existing property and erect five dwelligns with associated parking (revised) – omit chimneys at Coachman's, Les Gigands Road.

FB Ltd – extend curtilage to east and erect new two storey playbarn, covered play area and single storey building around central courtyard, vary previous condition to facilitate alternative use of existing playbarn, erect WC block, extend curtilage to west to provide additional car parking and associated works at Oatlands Village, Oatlands Lane.

Mr and Mrs P. Le Page – demolish existing conservatory and outbuildings and erect a single storey pitched roof extension with glazed link and garage (north-west elevation), raise roof height of main dwelling and install rooflights at Nova Vida, Le Grand Fort Road.

Mr M. Gaudion – install solar panels on garage roof (south-west elevation) at White Chimneys, Courtil de Bas.

Mr and Mrs P. Herve – remove existing and install replacement windows and doors on existing sun lounge to side of dwelling at Brierly, Rue Sauvage.

Heirs of the late Mr P. Rouxel – demolish existing and erect replacement detached single garage at Ambleside, La Rue des Cottes.

Mr and Mrs H. Tabel – install two dormer windows to front of property at Radcot, Les Cottes Cottages, Rue des Cottes.

Mr and Mrs P. and E. Adkins – demolish existing conservatory and outbuilding and erect 1.5 storey extension to side (south west) elevation and erect single storey extension to rear of property at Les Penelottes, Route des Bas Courtils.


Mr I. Lancaster – raise ridge height and install rooflights and dormer windows. Erect 1.5 storey pitched roof extension incorporating balcony to rear (south). Install gate to existing entrance and remove section of roadside wall to create new vehicular access at Highland, La Croix du Bois.

Mr and Mrs A. Mahy – install signage and barber's pole at 1, The Shop, Orion House, The Bridge.

Mr R. J. Evison – extend glasshouse to provide office administration and plant development premises at The Guernsey Clematis Nursery, La Route Militaire.

Mr and Mrs P. and J. Du Port – remove hedging and erect wooden fencing along east boundary of property at Meadow View, Les Baissieres.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
