The rector and church wardens of the Forest – refurbish two windows on west elevation (protected building) at Forest Church, Le Bourg.

ST ANDREW’S

Mr and Mrs D. Mourton – variations to plans previously approved to erect two storey extension to side of dwelling (south elevation), reposition air conditioning units, reduce ground levels, erect retaining walls and alterations to parking areas and access – install cantilevered balcony and alterations to first floor fenestration (west elevation) at Bagley Hall, Rohais de Haut.

Miss A. Foy – widen existing vehicular access and erect pillar (part-retrospective) at Glendale House, Route de la Croix au Bailiff.

Mr W. Atkinson – erect chain link fence along south boundary at Le Requin, Candie Road.

ST MARTIN’S

Mr and Mrs M. Barclay – replace existing dormer window with larger dormer window (rear) and install three rooflights (front) at Glenorchy, La Ruette.

Mr and Mrs Cooke – demolish section of roadside wall to create wider vehicular access (retrospective) at Byzantium Cottage, Les Hubits.

Mr and Mrs P. Stables – erect a porch on front elevation of dwelling

at Myrtletree Cottage, Les Merriennes.

Mr and Mrs T. Colley - extend dwelling at first floor level incorporating dormer windows, roof lights and balcony, and erect granite pillars and install timber gate (front boundary) at The Firs, Calais Lane.

ST PETER PORT

Mr K. Le Moigne – remove existing and install replacement doors and windows to front and side of dwelling at Monkey Mia, Brookland Cottages, Route des Coutanchez.

Mr and Mrs J. and J. Renouf – erect a shed in rear garden at Red Roof, Collings Road.

Mr and Mrs Heys – install swimming pool, demolish existing shed and erect new shed at The Brambles, Damouettes Lane.

Round The Houses (Guernsey) – change of use of agricultural land to domestic garden and retain post and mesh fencing, gate and hard surfacing (retrospective) at land to south of L'Ecu d'Or, Becquet Road.

Mr and Mrs S. Powell – alter existing carport to create double garage at Crows Nest, Clos de Belvedere, Fort George.

ST PETER'S

Mr J. Bullock – remove shipping container and erect two stores to house maintenance equipment at Sylvans Sports Club, Rue de la Corderie.

ST SAMPSON’S

Mr R. Morgan – erect a dwelling and create pedestrian access in front (north) boundary wall at land at Coin du Nocq, Nocq Road.

Ms N. Lyttle – demolish existing garage and erect new dwelling at garage site, The Anchorage, Roland Road.

Education Services – variations to plans previously approved to convert packing shed to provide activity centre – alter fenestration and erect external stairwell at Le Murier School, Baubigny Road.

Mr and Mrs A. Davison – extend and alter residential care home to provide further six bedrooms at Orchard House Residential Care Home, Route des Capelles.

Ms N. Gomes – install two rooflights to front of property at 15, Oakley, Victoria Avenue.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Mr N. Jones – install four rooflights to rear (south) of property (retrospective) at Bonheur, Route des Bas Courtils.

Mr and Mrs M. Duquemin – demolish shed and erect a pitched roof timber dower unit for ancillary accommodation (south-east boundary) at La Vue des Champs, Route des Houguets.

VALE

Seaside Chalets Ltd – erect extensions on north, south and east elevations – variations to FULL/2014/0977 at La Rousse Apartments, Les Dicqs.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the authority and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
