Two men have been charged with manslaughter after a driver died when his taxi crashed into a tree.
Ishfaq Hussain, 52, suffered a cardiac arrest in August last year when his red Skoda Octavia crashed.
The Go Carz driver was given CPR at the scene on Ironbridge Road in Telford, but could not be saved.
Brandon Dowen, 19, and John Cox, 32, were originally arrested on suspicion of murder but were released under investigation, West Mercia Police said.
The two men have now been charged with manslaughter and have been released on bail.
Two women – aged 38 and 18 – have been released with no further action being taken against them, the force said.
Dowen, of Telford, and Cox, of Wolverhampton, will appear at Telford Magistrates’ Court on February 26.
