The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited Melbourne on the third day of their tour in Australia.

After meeting huge crowds of well-wishers, the couple were treated to a fitness display in the grounds of the city’s Government House.

There, Meghan got to grips with an Australian rules football – and was even convinced to throw one.

“I’m not sure I will be good!,” she joked.

Later the couple raced miniature F1 cars before visiting South Melbourne Beach.
