EU laws should not apply here

I WAS horrified to read the Guernsey Press article on Judy Hayman, who may lose the vitamins she needs because the deputies are to decide on food supplements legislation, i.e., the EU law to control vitamins.

Published

Vitamins are so vital to human life that if they were withdrawn from our food, we would all be dead in months. And, for example, just by taking 5,000iu of vitamin D a day, you can avoid cancer.

It seems this law, part of the EU's evil Codex Alimentarius, which clearly aims to reduce the world's population, is being imposed on us by the UK's Privy Council, part of the UK Government.

But Guernsey is an independent nation.

Governments killed 260m. people with wars in the last 100 years. In the UK's NHS, they kill 60,000 a year by easily preventable mistakes, according to its Commons Select Committee, and 100,000 a year on the Liverpool Care Pathway, where they deny the elderly food and water until they die of dehydration. That's a million the UK government has killed in the last 10 years while pretending to help them.

Is that the government we want deciding who lives and dies in Guernsey?

Surely governments are the last people who should be allowed to decide what we take?

We are told HSSD are the sponsoring department. The director of Environmental Health has a part to play and probably the Law Officers were involved.

Damaging UK legislation is often brought to Guernsey and passed by our deputies.

Can we please find the name of the person who brought this lethal legislation from the Privy Council to our deputies, and ban him from politics and public office for life?

Because the last thing we need is so destructive a person involved in our governance.
