'Full inbox' no excuse
I HAVE to admit I'm ashamed that I voted for Barry Paint. It is patently obvious that what you thought were understanding people, who move with the times, are not. What an excuse – 'my inbox is full'. I can have 300 emails in my inbox and it's still not full.
Yes, it takes time to answer them all, as Deputy Laurie Queripel said it can take five hours to answer all public engagement opinions, but that's only 4.5 hours of your day and it's not every day if you keep on top of it.
So is Deputy Paint saying he's only a part-timer?
David Hill for the Union is right. We are parents and grandparents too and only want the best for the next generation.
I think, personally, it is time Mr Paint retired because he certainly will not get my vote next time.
