Skulduggery should be dealt with
THERE you go, Deputy Lyndon Trott laying on praise to Deputy Matt Fallaize for all the skulduggery he has allegedly been involved in. But of course they have to pat each other’s backs, the alleged skulduggery starts from the top. The chief minister will be paid to be responsible for any misdeeds brought to his attention and must deal with them. If not step down now before any more damage is done.
With regard to the two-school models, at this point my family have no concerns; two of my grandchildren are at Elizabeth College and my other grandchildren (six-year-old twins) are at Hautes Capelles School. When I see how they are being taught, in a gentle manner and with full attention by all the teachers, can you imagine the culture shock when they transfer to the 11-18 school model?
Is it possible that the Guernsey Press can get hold of the children’s psychologist report on overcrowding in schools, which I presume was the first thing asked for by Deputy Fallaize’s Committee, and make it public?
P.S. The fun will start when the estimates come in.
