Where is the community spirit?
COMMUNITY SPIRIT: this appears to be a variable commodity.
My wife and I are in our early and mid-70s and had bought Quidsin vouchers for a well-known local restaurant. Having been advised to avoid such encounters because of the infectiveness of the coronavirus and the public good, we asked if under the circumstances we could extend until the advice changes. We were met with a flat refusal to extend past the next five days and no offer of refund or rebooking. It is unlikely that we will ever go there again.
