Time to raise the Clameur de Haro?

IN VIEW of the UK’s move to legislate for Crown Dependencies over fishing rights, is it not time to raise a well-publicised Clameur de Haro? While no lawyer, I feel sure that seeking an ancient remedy against oppression would result in world-wide coverage, especially in these days of Covid-19.
