Tony Curr and Gareth Le Prevost speak to Kirstie Marquis and Macy Cortez, who are both part of the GB slowpitch programme this year, about what the sport is getting right at the moment.

Plus they look ahead to a big double-header of rugby at Footes Lane on Friday as Raiders aim to bounce back from a controversial finish last time out.

There is also a preview of this weekend's hockey inter-insular in Jersey - which comes just four months after the last one! - and an interview with Jeremy Frith from the Sports Commission about plans to create a home for netball and basketball.

This episode is supported by Leapfrog Recruitment Consultants.
