David Le Page began learning to play the violin at age seven and his since forged a diverse career as a performer, composer, producer, and arranger.

Now artistic director of the Orchestra of the Swan in Warwick, he joined Simon De La Rue following his three-night run of performances in island churches earlier this year to talk about his first experiences of music, how he aims to bring classical performance to new audiences, and why Guernsey still holds a special place in his life and work.
