Oatlands Holdings Ltd – installation of cabin for security purposes (retrospective) at Oatlands Village, Les Gigands.

Mr and Mrs K. Roberts – extend dwelling (side/west elevation), raise roof height of existing front wing and install first floor window, reduce length of existing dormer window (rear elevation), alter and install fenestration and install rooflights. Remove section of dry stone wall and create vehicular access and parking at Watersmeet, Grand Douit Road.

Mr and Mrs V. Holmes – install replacement gate and posts to rear of property at Les Merez Cottage, Rue de Merez.

Le Mont Saint Garage Ltd – variations to works previously approved, erect workshop extension – additional extension to workshop at Le Mont Saint Garage, La Grande Rue.

Mr and Mrs B. Bell – raise the ridge height and install three dormers to rear and two dormers to front. Remove part of garage and erect 1.5 storey extension at side (east elevation) with dormer to front and a rooflight to rear and install raised terrace with steps at Courtil Jardin, Bas Rouvets.

Mr M. Patterson – demolish front wall and erect replacement granite wall at La Vieille Ecole, Rue du Belle.

Mr and Mrs S. Nicolle – extend and alter dwelling to rear of property at Le Crolier, Route de Crolier.

Mr and Mrs Creber – erect extension to the rear of dwelling at Springtides, La Miellette Lane.

Mr and Mrs R. De La Mare – remove existing window and install French doors and construct steps (rear elevation) and internal alterations (protected building) at Beaumont, La Rochelle Road.

Mr M. Tulie – remove boundary hedge at The Cottage, La Route du Braye.

Mrs New – remove existing two storey conservatory and erect replacement single storey extension to the rear of the dwelling at La Chanterelle, L'Ancresse Road.

Guernsey Clay Target Club – extend and remodel existing clubhouse to north east and north west together with associated landscaping at Clay Shooting Range, Rue des Pecqueries.

Mr N. Dorey – extend domestic curtilage at Maple Leaves, Rue Colin.

Mr and Mrs G. Jehan – erect a first floor extension to the rear of the dwelling at Houmet House, Houmet Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
