Mr and Mrs Greening – erect summerhouse at rear of dwelling at Kylami, Rue des Cornus. Mr and Mrs J. Barclay – erect an extension to the rear of the dwelling and construct outbuilding containing two garage spaces and a carport at La Traude, Les Traudes. Health and Social Services Department – install two aluminium louvres and replacement flue on south elevation of building at The Braye Lodge Hotel, Clos de Ruettes Brayes, Ruettes Brayes. Mr A. Renouf and Ms E. Tydeman – change of use of area of agricultural land to domestic curtilage, erect a shed and enlarge vehicular access (retrospective) at Le Petit Traversain, La Mare Denis.

Mr G. Morris – install an oil tank at Sunnyside, Le Grand Bouet. Mr and Mrs R. McGregor – demolish garage and erect two-storey extension with 1.5-storey link to main building. Install lean-to roof and erect first floor balcony to rear of dwelling and alter fenestration. Alter vehicular access and install air source heat pump at Takliwa, Guelles Road. Mr D. Marriott and Miss A. Doel – erect a lean-to extension to the rear of the dwelling at 1, Old Farm, Rouge Rue. Mr and Mrs R. Mrs B. Allies – demolish existing and erect replacement lean-to at front at 2, Richmond Cottages. Mr Fallaize and Miss L. Skelton – widen vehicular access at Bay Tree Cottage, Les Gigands Road. Mr B. Le Page – demolish existing sheds and erect garage/garden store to rear of property at Grandfrere, Les Petites Mielles.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr S. Crowley – remove concrete pillars at Monterey, Route des Houguets.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs D. Norman – demolish existing conservatory and erect replacement sunroom at Le Bout, Rue du Gree.

VALE

Mrs K. Lawrence – re-roof and replace existing windows of outbuilding at Cotte Chabot, Les Marais Lane. Mr P. Enticott – demolish existing shed and erect single storey extension to side (west) elevation at Bramble Leaf, Les Monmains. Mr and Mrs P. Torode – install timber entrance gates at Camelia, Houmet Lane. It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list. However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice. Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
