Mr P. Langlois – extend curtilage, erect first-floor extension to the side of the converted barn, erect ground-floor lean-to extension to the rear, install dormer windows and alter fenestration at Les Forgettes, Les Clos au Comte Road.

Mr P. Davies – remove hedge and wall along east boundary at front, replace with fence and lay paving to create parking space at Le Nid, Route de la Hougue du Pommier.

The National Trust of Guernsey – install gates at each property at No. 1 and 2, Esperanza Place, La Rue des Villets.

Mr and Mrs N. Batiste – convert existing staff accommodation to a dwelling, demolish existing boiler house, remove oil tank and water tank, and form earth banks at Madeira Cottage, Whincroft Vinery, Route de la Croix au Bailiff.

Mr and Mrs D. Harry – alter fenestration to front (west) of property at La Fougere, Rue des Naftiaux.

Mr and Mrs T. and D. Abreu – demolish existing porch on rear (north) elevation and erect extension to north elevation at Autumn Rise, La Route des Cornus.

Mr and Mrs M. Mahieu – extend domestic curtilage to west boundary and install raised decking and patio at Les Quatre de Nous, Grande Rue.

Guernsey Housing Association – demolish care home and other domestic properties and erect new care apartments with communal facilities and day care unit (revised application to include three additional apartments and revisions to elevations and internal layout and installation of solar panels) at Maison Maraitaine, Maraitaine Road.

Mr and Mrs P. Crowson – create vehicular access and parking area; remove hedge and alter roadside boundary wall at Westwood, Les Mares Pellees Road.
