Mr F. Whalley – variation to works previously approved, demolish existing building and erect new building to operate as a food takeaway business – install two roof lights and erect a bin store to the rear of the property at New Forest Take-Away, La Planque Lane.

Mr and Mrs B. Mansell – demolish existing conservatory and extend and alter dwelling to rear (south-west) elevation including first floor balcony. Erect porch and install dormer window and new window to front (north-east) elevation and alter fenestration on north-west and south-east elevation at St Pauls, Verte Rue.

Mr and Ms J. Root – variations to previously approved works to demolish existing dwelling and garage and erect new dwelling and garage – widen ground floor terrace (south elevation) and install pergola, install pergola to first floor terrace, replace glass balustrading with timber balustrading at Rocquemere, Val au Bourg.

Demolish existing garage and associated walls, erect new garage to side (west) of dwelling and detached store. Alter lightwell to rear (south) to form sunroom with terrace above. Alter existing dormer window and install rooflights. Alter fenestration and internal alterations (protected building) at Oakleigh, 60, Mount Durand.

Mr and Mrs R. Carlton – erect garage at rear with first floor studio at Fiddlesticks, Route de la Lague, Rocquaine.

VALE

Mrs Fallaize – replace cladding to entire roof and section of walls on south-east and north-west elevations and replace windows on south-east elevation at San Lorenzo Garage, Les Grands Marais.

Mr and Mrs M. Page – line/mass fill chimney flues (east/west elevations) (protected building) at Mares Pellees, Les Mares Pellees.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – install electricity cabinet at La Croix du Bois, Clos Pains.

Mr and Mrs R. Tee – install two air source heat pumps and 12 solar panels at Hougue Pere, Les Hougues Peres.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list. However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
