CASTEL

Mr R. Torode – erect lean-to shed at rear of property at Le Suchet, 3, Le Douit Chalets, Rue du Douit.

Mr and Mrs B. Clouston – install roof lantern in existing extension at rear (protected building) at Moulin de Haut, Moulin de Haut.

Mr and Mrs Best – demolish stable and erect garage/outbuilding at Pine Tops, Route des Talbots.

Mr N. Wade – internal alterations to walls and chimney breasts (protected building) at The Shell House, Le Villocq Lane.

Mr A. Adam – demolish existing garage/store and conservatory (east elevation) and erect garage, link and ground floor pitched roof extension. Demolish existing rear extension (south elevation), erect two storey extension and alter fenestration. Install two rooflights in east roof slope, raise height of existing chimney and install air source heat pump to east elevation at Wyncliffe, Rue Cohu.

Mr and Mrs N. Nicolle – demolish existing lean-to conservatory and replace with flat roofed sun lounge at Konavli, Les Grandes Rocques.

Mr P. Freeman – convert and extend underground water storage reservoir to create archive storage, car park and roof garden (revised) at The Mill, Steam Mill Lane.

Mr and Mrs B. Bell – demolish conservatory and lean-to extension and erect single storey extension to rear (east elevation). Erect two storey extension to side (north elevation) at Reinettes, Rue Cauchez.

Mr and Mrs M. Radford – erect single storey extension with roof lantern at rear at Kimberley Cottage, Les Camps du Moulin.

Mr and Mrs C. Rouillard – variations to plans previously approved – erect extension to south-west elevation and increase ridge height an additional 150mm at The Dolphins, Calais Lane.

St Damian Ltd – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling and alter access at Carisbrooke Cottage, Les Grandes Maisons Road.

Mr D. H. Thompson – extend dwelling (rear elevation) at Bramble Cottage, La Route du Braye.

Mr and Mrs Sermon – demolish existing and erect replacement extension at side (west) to provide gym facilities for tuition purposes (Residential use class 4) (protected building) at Floreat House, Les Petites Capelles Road.

St Saviour's Community Centre LBG – erect signage on gable at St Saviour's Community Centre, Le Neuf Chemin.

Mr and Mrs D. Farrimond – erect single storey extension at rear with pergola and roof lantern and form terraces with glazed balustrades and steps at Le Becasseau, Le Neuf Chemin Road.

Mr R. Goman – change of use of store to a dwelling (Residential Use Class 1) at La Grande Rue Stores, La Grande Rue.

VALE

Mr J. Briggs – replace balcony railings with stainless steel railings at La Grunette, Rue du Chateau.

Oscar Holdings – re-clad sheeting, alter fenestration and form frontage to retail unit and replace external steps to west elevation at Newlands Building, Lowlands Industrial Estate, Braye Road.

Mr I. Ogier – remove leylandii hedge to rear of property. Create vehicular access along west boundary (retrospective) and install gate and fence at Bronswood, Ruette de la Folie.

Mr and Mrs J. and K. Home – variations to plans previously approved – install window on east elevation at Mill Cottage, Houmtel Lane.

Commerce and Employment Department – retain automatic weather station tower and mast (temporary installation) at Ammunition Bunker, Mont Cuet Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list. However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
