CASTEL

Mr N. Litchfield and Mrs P. Bachelet – demolish existing conservatory and extension. Erect two-and-a-half-storey extension to rear (north-west elevation) including first-floor roof terrace, install dormer window. Erect first-floor extension to side (south-west elevation), install three dormer windows to front (south-east elevation) and install first-floor window to side (north-east elevation). Extend domestic curtilage at Les Boulains, Rue des Boulains.

Mr and Mrs J. Coquelin – demolish existing outbuilding and shed and erect single-storey extension to rear of property at Seabreeze, Longue Rue de la Grande Mare, Vazon.

Mr and Mrs P. Smith – erect single-storey flat roof extension and install rooflight (west elevation), install roof overhang and cladding (south elevation). Demolish existing garage and erect garage, fell tree and relocate oil tank at Zabdiel, Rue du Friquet.

Mr G. Tradelius – remove tree to rear of property at Soucique, Rue de la Charruee.

Mr and Mrs Ellis – demolish existing garage and conservatory and erect 1.5-storey sun lounge extension (south elevation) and single-storey extension (north elevation). Alter fenestration, re-model dormers, install rooflights and create balcony on west gable. Replace roofing material with clay tiles and construct chimney at Le Haut, Les Niaux.

Mr B. D. Tostevin – place advertising sandwich board at entrance to vinery at Merton Vinery, Rue des Pointes.

Mr and Mrs J. Williams-Smith – variation to works previously approved. Extend and alter dwelling to provide double garage/studio – alterations to fenestration and reposition oil tank at Holly Lodge, Rue Frairies.

Mr T. Le Marchant – demolish existing extension and construct replacement extension (rear elevation) and alter roof form (hip to gable) at Clarendon, La Rue de la Corbinerie, Oberlands.

Mr and Mrs C. Robilliard – erect stables and tack room at rear of site at Les Escaliers, Rue des Escaliers.

The Dean and church wardens – repairs to stained glass windows (protected building) at the Town Church, Church Square.

Mr and Mrs S. Wyatt – demolish existing shed and erect timber garden room in same position at rear of The Cottage, Robergerie Lane.

Mr and Mrs K. Roberts – variation to plans previously approved to extend dwelling – increase length of dormer window on south and north elevation at Watersmeet, Grand Douit Road.

VALE

Mr T. Gibbs – demolish existing shed, garage and walls and erect replacement shed to rear of property at Inverary, Grand Marais.

Mr M. Neville and Miss K. Nicolle – reposition vehicular entrance pillars, alter driveway wall and install gate to provide car parking area at Les Etournes, Rue Robin.

Mr D. Trustum and Ms K. Gill – install flue (protected building) at Reasons Cottage, Carriere Lane.

Mr Stopher and Miss Masterton – demolish existing extensions and erect single-storey extension at rear (west elevation) and 1.5- storey extension at side (north elevation) with dormers and rooflights. Install one rooflight and captain's dormer in main dwelling at rear and two rooflights at front at Sospel, La Mazotte.

Beachcomber Hotels Ltd – erect two-storey building, including ground floor swimming pool and first floor spa and gym facilities at The Bay, La Jaonneuse.

Mrs M. Dadd – erect ground-floor extension and porch and insert first-floor window to south elevation at La Fontenelle, Rue de la Fontenelle.

H. M. Goubert and Sons Ltd – erect one-and-a-half-storey extension on east elevation (protected building) at Oakleigh Villa, Landes du Marche.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally reported in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list.

However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
