The National Trust of Guernsey – construct a dry ford at Rue de Quanteraine.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr A. Sparkes – change of use from Storage and Distribution Use Class 35 (data/archive) of Unit One to industrial class 40 (Shipping, Storage and Distribution of non-ferrous metals) at Unit 1, Avalon House, Bulwer Avenue.

Lloyds Banking Group – remove existing and install new ATMs at Lloyds Bank, The Bridge.

Mr K. Tostevin – demolish existing single-storey workshop and erect two-storey building for use as a pharmacy and ancillary office/store at L'Islet Business Centre, Les Petites Mielles.

Mr and Mrs M. Brown – remove existing corrugated roof from outbuilding and replace with slate roof at Le Grand Courtil, Les Tracheries Road.

VALE

Mr and Mrs I. J. Shepherd – trim and remove lower branches of trees along rear boundary (protected) at La Pastourelle, La Manche Estate, Rue de L'Ecole.

Mr and Mrs M. Smith – demolish two existing sheds and erect 1.5-storey garage with external staircase at Cove Cottage, 10, Montague Park, Grande Rue.

Mr P. Higgs – change of use from Residential Use Class 1 (dwelling house) to Residential Use Class 4 (dwelling house and use for professional or business purposes) (protected building) at Le Vier Marais, Rue du Marais.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the contents of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
