Mr and Mrs Maides – variations to works previously approved to extend dwelling to rear and side (north and east) including glazed gable to rear – widen vehicular access, relocate pedestrian access and alterations to retaining walls and steps to front of property at Northcote, Helston Estate, Rue de la Perruque.

Mrs R. Torode – raise ridge height and extend and alter dwelling, including first floor terrace and rooflights to rear (south-west) elevation. Erect porch and install dormer windows and rooflights to front (north-west) elevation and install glazed gable on north-east and south-east elevation at Rose Cottage, Les Friquets.

The Channel Islands Co-operative Society Ltd – erect totem sign at Co-op Grand Marche, La Route des Camps.

Mr and Mrs S. Gallienne – raise ridge height, extend at first-floor level, install dormer windows, rooflights and part glazed gable with balcony at Becasse, Rue des Tielles.

VALE

Channel Windows Ltd – change of use of units 3 and 4 to light industrial (Industrial use class 37) at Units 3 and 4, La Hure Mare Industrial Estate.

Sarnia Properties – install glazed system to east elevation (protected building) at Unit 8, Sarnia Properties, North Side.

Mr and Mrs K. Tough – install window and door in garage and lay path (east elevation) at Belsize, Grande Rue.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the contents of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
