Langlois Robertshaw and Delbridge – replace existing uPVC front door with wooden front door at Amdale House, St George's Esplanade.

Mrs F. Naftel – erect a marquee from 1 May to 30 September 2014 at Les Cotils, Les Cotils.

Ebenezer Holdings Ltd – demolish existing outbuildings, boiler room and walls and convert church building to 12 apartments, install dormer windows and create parking area and bin store/recycling area (protected building). (Revised plans, including window alterations) at Ebenezer Church, Brock Road.

Mr C. Broad and Ms N. Nguyen – install air source heat pump to rear of parking area (retrospective) at Blossom House, Rouge Huis Avenue.

Les Vardes Ltd – install three air source heat pumps – one on north-east elevation of staff block and two on south-west elevation of dwelling at Montville House, Les Vardes.

Mr and Mrs Martineau-Fortin – install two rooflights on south elevation at Shorelands, Village de Putron.

Mr and Mrs N. Jehan – erect single-storey extension to provide pool enclosure on north elevation (option A and B) at La Croute, La Planque, Route des Bas Courtils.

Mr and Mrs C. R. Jones – enclose first-floor balcony and install Juliet balcony on north-west elevation and enlarge first-floor window on north east-elevation at Beauregard, 4, La Margion, La Rue du Crocq.

ST SAMPSON'S

J. & D. Norman Ltd – demolish existing sanitary block and replace with container cabin with sanitary facilities at Bulwer Avenue.

R. W. Randall Ltd – change of use of storage area to distillery at Wine and Beer Importers, South Side.

Mr C. Farnham – install four containers for scaffolding storage (retrospective) at Compound 2, Fontaine Vinery, Vale Road.

Mr M. J. Head – extend domestic curtilage at land behind Jumala Cottage, Les Abreuveurs.

Mr and Mrs M. Desforges – variations to works previously approved to erect extension to side of dwelling – install two windows and a door in side and change rooflights (protected building) at Roque Noire, Sandy Lane.

VALE

Mayside Recycling Ltd – install two portable cabins for up to five years at Mayside Recycling Ltd, Unit 1, Les Monmains Estate, La Hure Mare.

Public Services Department – alter fenestration and install replacement uPVC windows and doors at Patent Slip House, North Side.

Mr S. Long and Miss K. Clark – demolish conservatory, erect flat- roof extension to west elevation, install replacement windows and alterations to fenestration at Thyme Cottage, Verte Rue.

Mr M. Boyde – convert and extend barn to provide ancillary accommodation at Roskilly, Rue du Pont Vaillant.

Mr I. and Mrs D. Rihoy – install a flue at Savannah, Les Barras Lane.

Mr and Mrs M. Elston – erect a sunroom to the rear of the dwelling, remove existing workshop and erect a garage at Sandfield, 8, Marlborough Clos, Goldcrest Avenue, Port Soif.

Mr and Mrs W. H. Smith – replace approved roofing material with burnt red clay tiles at Fricourt, La Grande Maison Road.

Mr G. Newmark – alter and extend dwelling to rear, including construction of basement and separate wing; alter and extend barn to form two dwellings, landscaping at Maison D'Aval Farm, Rue D'Aval.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by Site Notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the Site Notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the Site Notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the contents of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public Tribunal Hearing.
