Mr and Mrs B. Evans – construct section of earth bank to block up vehicular entrance and remove section of earth bank and hedge to create new entrance at Friquet Land, Candie Road.

Lord and Lady Burgh – erect single storey extension to side (north) of property at Les Reviers, Steam Mill Lane.

Mr and Mrs M. Yabsley – variations to plans previously approved to erect a porch and alter existing dormer window on south-east elevation and construct new retaining wall and steps – erect first floor extension above porch at Le Clos Farm, Le Clos.

Infinity Group Ltd – variations to works previously approved – alter conservatory construction at units one and two, Pre du Murie, Rue a l'Eau.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr and Mrs Sexton – erect one-and-a-half storey extension to rear (east) of property at Les Bedeaux, 1, Hougue

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr and Mrs R. Cooper – extend dwelling on side (west elevation) to create dower unit. Alter extension to rear (south elevation) and block up window on west elevation at Chalmour, Route des Bas Courtils.

VALE

Mr S. Repton and Miss S. Lees – replace two existing bay windows on front elevation of dwelling and erect a shed (protected building) at Springfield, La Route du Braye.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
