St Martins Hotel (1987) Ltd – convert hotel to form 35 units of residential accommodation at St Martin's Hotel, Les Merriennes.

Windmill Guernsey Ltd – demolish existing conservatory and erect extension with door lantern, install rooflight in flat roof dormer and replace patio doors with French doors and windows at rear. Erect extension at front, replace front door and install window in flat roof dormer at La Palitole, Clos du Moulin, Steam Mill Lanes.

Mr A. Everett – install replacement windows at Elm Grove, Rue Poudreuse.

Nut Tree Ltd – install replacement ventilation plant and air conditioning units, install timber screen and louvered grille and extend roadside wall at The Farmhouse Hotel, Les Bas Courtils.

VALE

Ms L. Lane – change of use of building from warehouse/storage to Retail Use Class 14 for operation of wedding and event planning business including storage/distribution, office and showroom at Arnold House La Route du Braye.

Mrs W. Tallowin – erect flat roofed extension to rear and side of dwelling and block up existing window at Meis D'Mai, Rue de L'Ecole.

Education Department – demolish garage, remove hedge to extend car parking area and erect fence and gate along east boundary at Vale Primary School, Rue de L'Ecole.

Mr P. M. and Mrs J. M. Porter – extend existing garage to provide art studio at Billet Doux, Rue des Cottes.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – erect GRP enclosure over existing substation at Electricity Substation, Les Monmains.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
