CASTEL
Miss J. Davis – variations to works previously approved to demolish existing rear conservatory and erect extensions to the rear and side of dwelling, install four rooflights to rear and erect wall to front – remove garage door and install window and block up opening (south-east elevation) at Le Coin au Soleil, Clos de la Cache, Sous Les Courtils.
Mr and Mrs T. Colley – raise height of ridge to create accommodation at first floor level. Install two rooflights to front elevation and one to the rear. Install a first floor window in south and north elevations and erect flue at La Cachette, Retot Lane.
Mr and Mrs J. Gosselin – construct a balcony at first floor level on south elevation at Maison d'Aval, Rue des Houmets.
Mr R. Ozanne and Miss E. Stonebridge – remove existing shed and erect pool house to rear of property at 3, Bon Air, Route de Carteret, Cobo.
Mrs Oldfield – raise ridge height and install dormer windows and rooflights to front and rear and install two glazed gables to front. Demolish existing conservatory and extension and erect replacement extension to side (east), alter fenestration, demolish porch, remove chimneys and install new window to side (east) at West Point, Port Soif Road, Grandes Rocques.

Mr and Mrs T. Hollowell – demolish lean-to extension to barn, create new garage opening and install new garage door into existing opening (protected building) at Le Chene Cottage, Rue des Monts.

Mr and Mrs R. Vidamour – erect timber gazebo and new garden shed at Maison d'Amour, Les Brayes.

Mr and Mrs J. Finch – erect a retaining wall on north boundary at Paramount Drive, 1, Maurepas Clos, Maurepas Road.

VALE
Mr and Mrs D. King – remove section of boundary wall to create parking area at Old Trafford, La Hure Mare Industrial Estate.
Mr and Mrs J. Timms – raise ridge height and extend and alter dwelling, erect new shed, alter vehicular access and driveway and reduce height of section of roadside boundary wall at Guethary, Pleinheaume Road.
Mr and Mrs R. and S. J. Redelinghuys – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling (revised) – remove chimney and install flue, install air source heat pump and alterations to fenestration at Les Mouettes, Portinfer Road.
It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.
However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.
Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.
Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.
Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
