Heirs of Mrs W. F. Chick – convert packing shed to two dwellings (part retrospective) at rear of Moorlands, Sous Les Courtils.

Mr and Mrs Naftel – demolish existing conservatory and erect single-storey extension (west elevation) at the Briars, Les Goddards Rise, Rue des Goddards.

Mr and Mrs G. Le Prevost – redesign previously approved wall to move it off boundary at Albecq Cottage, La Giffarderie.

Mr and Mrs R. Smith – demolish existing extension and erect 1½ storey extension to rear (north) elevation, remove chimney and remove existing door on outbuilding and install window at Les Maresquets, Ruette de Sausmarez.

Mr and Mrs C. Oliver – erect ground-floor extension on north elevation of dwelling and replace existing door on east elevation with new door at Les Emrais, Clos du Falla, Ruette des Emrais.

Mr T. Queripel – vary condition 4 of FULL/2013/0274 to widen width of vehicular access from 3m to 4m.

Guernsey Water – replace existing steel windows with UPVC windows at King's Mills Water Treatment Works, Rue a L'Eau, King's Mills.

FOREST

Mr and Mrs Dicks – remove hedge, install fence and reposition oil tank at An Teallach, Forest Road.

Mr and Mrs H. Mowbray – variation to plans previously approved to demolish existing conservatory and erect replacement extension (southeast elevation) with roof lanterns and terrace with glazed balustrade and steps. Alter fenestration (south elevation). Remove existing entrance walls to widen vehicular entrance and replace with new walls and pillars, demolish driveway walls to create parking area, install entrance gates and landscaping – alterations to design of conservatory at La Fontenelle, Rue des Fontenelles.

ST ANDREW’S

Mr and Mrs B. J. Harrison – extend existing hard surface area and erect raised timber decking and staircase to rear of property and erect retaining wall (retrospective) at La Maisonette de Ste Helene, St Andrew's Road.

Mr Seabrook and Miss Green – alterations to windows from casement to vertical sliding and install rear rooflight at Les Buttes, Rue des Buttes.

ST MARTIN’S

Mr D. Creed – remove existing and erect replacement hedge along west boundary at The Cedars, Clos de la Ruette.

Mr S. J. Rowe and Ms F. L. Tucker – remove two sections of hedging (retrospective), remove hedging at rear and side of dwelling, demolish wall and erect fencing and gate at La Chasse, Forest Road.

ST PETER PORT

Mr and Mrs B. Lee – remove section of roadside wall, bank and hedging to create vehicular access and parking area at Brescia, Monument Gardens.

Mr P. S. Mansell – install four solar panels on flat roof at Grange Lodge Hotel, Grange Road.

Mrs O'Connor – erect extension at ground-floor level on (rear) north elevation and infill windows at ground and first level on west elevation at The Willows, Collings Road.

Mr O. A. Patch and Ms C. A. A. Boyd – demolish lean-to extension on rear of property and erect single-storey extension and carry out internal alterations (revised) (protected building) (retrospective) at 72, Mount Durand.

Miss A. Haynes – erect a granite-faced archway (north boundary) at Vue Du Lac, Becquet Road, Fermain.

ST PETER’S

Mr and Mrs G. Ferguson – erect 1½ storey extension to side (west elevation) of property and relocate and install replacement front door at Les Quatre Vents, La Hougue Anthan.

Mr and Mrs M. Le Poidevin – erect 1.5 storey extension (east elevation) and single-storey flat roof extension with roof terrace and balustrading (south elevation) and erect pump house at Le Morpaye, Rue des Martin's.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Mr and Mrs P. Atkinson – internal alterations to floor (protected building) at Les Prevost, Les Prevost Road.

Mr and Mrs P. Warry – demolish existing extension and erect replacement two-storey extension to the rear. Demolish existing porch and alterations to fenestration at La Fregondee, Rue des Bordes.

Atlantique Holdings Ltd – alter existing flat roof oil storage tank enclosure; erect block wall, install replacement doors and two flue pipes at Perelle Bay Hotel, Route de la Perelle.

TORTEVAL

Dr G. and Ms K. Oswald – replace two dormer windows with rooflights at Les Messieres, Route de Pleinmont.

VALE

Mr and Mrs R. and J. De Jersey – alterations and replacement of windows and doors and block up openings (part retrospective) at Le Cadran Solaire, La Maison au Comte Road.

Mr M. A. Coquelin – erect a summerhouse (rear garden – north boundary area) at Canta Libre, Landes du Marche.

Marais Holdings Ltd – construct an outside storage racking system (retrospective) at Annandale Ltd, Rue des Marais.

Mr A. Weatherburn – erect a porch (front elevation) at 8, Ocean Drive, Port Soif Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
