Mr and Mrs S. Gilbert – remove hedge along south-east boundary and front of property at Taupo, Camp Code Lane.

Mr and Mrs S. Moseley – demolish existing lean-to extension, create parking area, erect new walls and install gates (revised) at Leander, New Road.

3 Limited – amendments to previously approved plans to demolish existing dwelling and erect three dwellings – rebuild granite roadside wall and surface driveway with paving at Fearnley, Saltpans Road.

VALE

La Villette Court Apartments – install replacement uPVC windows and doors (all elevations) at Bordeaux Court Apartments, Les Rocques Barrees Road.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – install electricity distribution cabinet at Coq du Nord, Braye Road.

Mr and Mrs A. Marsh – erect replacement front porch, demolish part of dwelling and erect replacement extension, increase roof height to rear and create first floor accommodation, including dormers and recessed balcony, re-position oil tank at Arlanda, La Mazotte.

Island Traders (Wholesale) – remove existing storage container and erect 1.5-storey extension at Keyprice, Les Mielles.

Mr C. Hawdon – raise ridge height, demolish existing and erect replacement extensions on north, south and west elevations. Install first floor balcony on north and south elevation and alter fenestration at La Hougue Biart, Mont Cuet Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
