GUERNSEY'S footballers could still take part in next year's Island Games in Bermuda.
The Guernsey Football Association had originally decided not to send a team to the Games, but, after gauging player reaction, moves have been made to reverse the decision.
The Guernsey Press understands that a meeting was held last night where players had to pay the first instalment of the self-funded trip, which will cost around £2,000 per person in total.
Steve Ogier and Martyn de Garis are being lined up as the coaching team for the tournament.
Ryan-Zico Black, pictured, is the biggest name definitely to commit.
