ARGYLLS are the champions of Guernsey weekend cricket again after thrashing Elizabeth College at the College Field.
Chasing 184 to keep their trophy, the young Argylls side did it with ease, winning with eight wickets and just under 20 overs to spare to complete an unbeaten campaign.
Glenn Le Tissier was the star of the show despite suffering from food poisoning.
He opened the innings and scored a match-clinching 89 before falling plumb lbw to Matt Stokes when a century looked a near-certainty.
