In the end it was a relatively comfortable victory, but Griffins were left wondering what might have been had they made a better start to their reply as David Hooper remarkably got them within 25 of their target with a terrific knock.

Much of the next eight overs was about consolidation against the spinners, Richard Sinkinson making a run-a-ball 19 at No. 3, before Hooper and Jordon Martel took up the task.
