Topping the bill, the best Guernsey heavyweight of modern times, lost a unanimous verdict against Wesley Clarke from the visiting Manchester Select.
'I didn't feel too bad – quite sharp,' said Jennings after his first bout in two years.
'I really enjoyed it. It's great amateur boxing.'
Clarke, 34, one year younger than the Guernsey heavy, never looked like being added to Jennings' long list of knockout victims and through three tight rounds looked to be the sharper, overall more skilled man.
